Wedding Packages
Whether you are simply looking for a ceremony site with a minimum of amenities to a full-service package that includes a beautiful reception venue, Monterey Beach Weddings is sure to have a package to fit your wishes and budget. All packages include our recommended referrals from a seasoned list of vendors for varying budgets that include
photography,
bakeries,
florists and reception facilities. If our packages don't quite have what you are looking for, you can add items from our á la carte selection to fully customize the Beach or Park Wedding Ceremony of your dreams.
All you have to do is pick the package that suits your needs, then go to How it Works on our Tips & Information page and we will walk you through the process of putting it all together. We are here for you from beginning to end, and you can count on us to help make your wedding memories as special
as you always dreamed they would be.
Please note that any needed City site permits are not included in the following prices; however, if you do not want to be bothered with the permit process and any necessary liability insurance requirements, we do offer a service where we will take care of it all for you -- see our á la carte
selection for details on this service. Please be aware that any time limit the city puts on your permit includes the
timeframe

Ceremony Only Packages
Package A — "Sea Otter" $739
 This package is for the bride and groom who are looking for a simple ceremony to celebrate their love who already have their officiant/minister and need little else to make their day one to remember
for a life time, and includes:
- Site Visit to determine preferred set-up location (1 hour)
- Delivery, Set-up & Break-down of:
- White lattice wood arch
- Up to 50 white chairs with cushions*
- Stanchions with fabric-covered ropes
Additional charges of $450 apply to the following locations due to complexities (see Beach & Park Locations for further explanation):

Package B — "Cypress Point" $989
 This package is for the bride and groom who want to add a little color and music to help celebrate the occasion, and includes:
- Site Visit to determine preferred set-up location (1 hour)
- Delivery, Set-up & Break-down of:
- White lattice wood arch
- Up to 50 white chairs with cushions*
- Stanchions with fabric-covered ropes
- Sound system (hand held or lapel microphone) with CD player
- Pre-recorded Traditional Wedding Music
- Two White Lattice Plant Stands with pots filled with realistic arrangements (full and gorgeous bundles of greenery and filler that are beautiful alone, but can be economically augmented with just a few fresh flowers should your choose) for each side of arch.
Additional charges of $450 apply to the following locations due to complexities (see Beach & Park Locations for further explanation):

Package C — "Big Sur" $1839
 This package is for the bride and groom who don't want to be concerned about all the other details, and includes:
- Site Visit to determine preferred set-up location (1 hour)
- Delivery, Set-up & Break-down of:
- White lattice wood arch
- Up to 50 white chairs with cushions*
- Stanchions with fabric-covered ropes
- Sound system (hand held or lapel microphone) with CD player
- Pre-recorded Traditional Wedding Music
- Two White Lattice Plant Stands with pots filled with realistic arrangements (full and gorgeous bundles of greenery and filler that are beautiful alone, but can be economically augmented with just a few fresh flowers should you choose) for each side of arch.
- Wedding Officiant
- Photography Package by Excellent Focus, which includes 1-1/2 hours of photography, a website of all images to be posted within 10 days, all images on a DVD in high resolution, choice of 40 images to be made into 4x6's with artistic borders. (Subject to availability.)

All Inclusive Packages for Ceremony & Reception
Monterey Beach Weddings is the only beach wedding service to have an exclusive with one of Monterey County's newest and most unique wedding reception venues -- Gatherings. Located just up the street from one of Pacific Grove's most romantic wedding ceremony locations, Lover's Point, Gatherings is perfect for smaller intimate receptions. The style of elegance is hard to explain in words, so please take a moment to look
through Gatherings website and pictures, and if at all possible schedule a time to tour the home.
**A special of 10% off is offered during our "off season" months of January through March.**

*Alcohol is not included in any of these packages. Whether you are serving beer and wine or have a full bar in mind, Gatherings is happy to take care of all provisions. From placing the order to setting up the bars and pouring fantastic drinks, you purchase the alcohol that you want and we take care of everything else. This is a
substantial cost savings for you and is a complimentary service
we provide our clients.
Package E — "Concours d'Elegance"

Includes everything in Package D plus the following upgrades:
- Your choice of a Solo Guitarist or Pianist to play for one hour while guests arrive. (Please inquire about price if you wish additional time or would prefer different music such as a harpist or string trio.)
- Valet Parking for your guests.
Package F — "Cannery Row"
Monday - Thursday $2600
Friday & Sunday $3100
Saturday Afternoon* $3300
*Saturday afternoon receptions must end by 3:00 pm to allow us time to prepare for evening events.
This package was created for the couple who just want a simple and quick reception so they can get on to the honeymoon. It includes the items listed in Package D with the following changes/exceptions:
- 2 Hour use of the facility
- A "lighter" Menu selection you put together especially for you and your tastes by choosing from our Light Hors D'oeuvre Selections
